After my insurance adjuster confirmed the roof was a total loss, Monica had her team out there to replace the roof in no time. I am giving Monica and her team at Roof Masters of Colorado my highest recommendation!  I met Monica several years before any roofing woes.  We were row partners on an early morning flight.  This encounter and ensuing conversations led me to the conclusion that she was someone I’d like to do business with.  Her business card remained in readiness.  Spring of 2021 I discovered I needed a new roof, so I reached out to Monica.  She and her team worked decisively to complete the project on time.  My house, being an older, mountain log home, required some extra attention.  Monica arranged for a ventilation expert to survey the project and provide insight on a plan to remedy my particular situation.  Also she worked tirelessly with Jeffco and the insurance company to facilitate building code updates.  She was always prompt in responding to calls and emails.  She offered opportunity to research the construction materials of intended use, and the ability to be as much as a part of the project as was able.  In the end I have a durable roof that looks great and will save me almost $600 a year on insurance premiums.  I don’t hope you need a new roof, but when it happens I think you will be pleased with the friendly, expert service Roof Masters of Colorado has to offer.
